Centre for Philosophy of the Sciences academics take part in new Questacon exhibit on the human-tech interface
Friday 29 March 2019

What is more fun than a bunch of 10 year olds in a science museum? A bunch of academics let loose in a science museum! Director of the Centre for Philosophy of the Sciences, Dr Rachael Brown and Centre member, Associate Professor Colin Klein joined in the fun at the opening of Questacon's new exhibit "Born or Built? Our Robotic Future" on March 28th. Over the past few months, Brown and Klein have been working with the team at Questacon to contribute to the exhibit which examines the implications of the blurring of the boundaries between humans and technology, asking us to consider what our future should, and will, look like. The exhibit is great fun for young and old, and the sharp-eyed amongst you will notice both Brown and Klein in some of provided images.
